What is Hypnotherapy ?

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to help you access a heightened state of awareness, often called a “trance.” In this state, you’re deeply relaxed yet fully in control, allowing you to connect with your subconscious mind and uncover the beliefs, habits, or emotions that may be holding you back.

Inital Session

$175

Our initial session is a chance for us to get to know each other and explore the areas in your life you’d like to work on. During this first meeting, I’ll provide a brief introduction to hypnotherapy and how it works. Together, we’ll discuss your goals and create a personalised plan to help you achieve the best results for your unique situation.

Regular Session

$150

Follow-up sessions are where we make real progress together. Hypnotherapy works best when you’re committed to the process and open to making changes in your life. While hypnotherapy can be highly effective, it requires active participation—there are no shortcuts! Your commitment plays a key role.

Advanced Session

$150

These sessions are for clients who have completed previous sessions with me and need an occasional check-in to stay aligned with their goals. They’re perfect for making small adjustments to keep you on track. Since they may take a bit longer, please allow enough time to get the most out of your session.
